And the 4 Flutes End mills with Straight Shank and Wave Cutting Edges is suitable for processing carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, ductile iron, pre hardened steel, quenched steel (~40HRC)l, etc. It is suitable for side processing, step processing, and right angle groove processing.
Specifications
The raw material for producing the 3 flutes end mill is UK10, with milling cutters available in diameters ranging from 6 mm to 20 mm, and total tool lengths ranging from 50 mm to 100 mm. The spiral angle of the clutter is 45 degrees.
The raw material for producing the 4 flutes end mill is UK30, coated with ATN. The spiral angle of the clutter is 30 degrees, and the outer diameter of the milling cutter is available in the range of 6 mm to 20 mm. The total length of the cutter is 50 mm to 100 mm.

1. When the cutting depth is small , the rotational speed and feed speed can be further improved
2. Water soluble cutting fluid is recommended
3. Surface milling is recommended
4 . In the condition of the machine and workpiece installation rigidity is poor, which will produce vibration and abnormal sound , at this point should speed down the speed and feed speed
5. The suspension length of the cutter should be as short as possible.
6. The upper table is based on the reference value of side cutting. The cutting conditions for slot milling are based on 70% of the cutting speed in the table above and 50% of the feed speed
